Help! I can’t navigate Brown Paper Tickets! What do I do? 2018-02-16T07:57:26+00:00

Visit brownpapertickets.com and search on a title keyword, event presenter name, or Finding Our Way to locate the events you wish to attend. Follow the instructions from BPT. If you need further assistance, contact BPT directly at 1-800-838-3006, someone is there 24/7.

Do I need to have an account at Brown Paper Tickets to get tickets? 2018-02-16T07:57:37+00:00

No, you can check out without creating an account. However, creating an account does give you the advantage of viewing all of your event tickets in one place.

Why do I need tickets for The Hearth and the Free Friday workshops? 2018-02-16T07:57:47+00:00

Advance ticketing helps the presenters know how many people to prepare for, and the event organizers in planning for refreshments and location.

The Hearth event is listed as a free event but I see that a $5 donation at the door is requested. Why is this? 2018-02-16T12:30:21+00:00

Hearth events are always free but donations are always encouraged on behalf of a specified group. April’s beneficiary will be the Ashland Emergency Food Bank. Please bring your paper ticket plus your donation to AEFB to The Hearth event on Thursday night.

Can I make my donation to the Ashland Emergency Food Bank online?
Yes, visit ashlandemergencyfoodbank.org/donations.html.

May I still attend an event if I do not have a paper ticket? 2018-02-16T07:58:15+00:00

ALL events require a paper ticket for entry. Brown Paper Tickets will mail hard copy tickets for the Anne Lamott events if you select that option; all other options are print-at-home. There will be no will-call or online-only ticketing. Remember to bring your ticket to the event!

The Friday night Anne Lamott event is sold out! Is there any way I can still get tickets? 2018-04-05T11:39:39+00:00

Unfortunately, the event is at capacity and no more tickets are available.

There are still tickets for sale for the Saturday workshop with Mark Yaconelli (with Anne Lamott participating and speaking in the morning session) at both Brown Paper Tickets and Bloomsbury Books in Ashland.

Will Anne Lamott be signing books? 2018-02-16T08:00:24+00:00

Yes, on Friday night after her talk, Anne Lamott will sign copies of her books.

Can I volunteer and get a ticket to one of the Anne Lamott events? 2018-03-23T07:01:57+00:00

We love volunteers and we welcome your support! However, we cannot provide tickets to the Friday night Anne Lamott talk, Rediscovering Mercy, in exchange for volunteer time. Thank you for your understanding!
